Cholov Yisroel Goes Local Stay tuned for the day the milk will be hitting the shelves at Albertsons. Many thanks to the Rabbonim of both the Seattle Vaad, and Oregon Kosher, as well as Rabbi Simcha Smolensky, Kosher consultant to the Seattle Vaad. We will hopefully be adding a full array of local dairy Items. Organic? Not yet, but we are working on organic Cholov Yisroel product as well.
